These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by STATPATH (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") on this website. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must comply with these Terms to use the Service.
第1条（適用） / Article 1 (Applicability)
本規約は，ユーザーと当サービスとの間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条（サービスの内容と目的） / Article 2 (Service Content & Purpose)
- 本サービスは、AIを活用した運命解析および関連するデジタルコンテンツを提供するものです。The Service provides AI-driven destiny analysis and related digital content.
- 当サービスが提供する診断結果や占い結果は、エンターテインメントを目的としており、その情報の正確性、完全性、またはユーザーの特定の目的への適合性や将来の出来事を保証するものではありません。All appraisal and fortune-telling outcomes provided are strictly for entertainment purposes only. The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or future events based on the information provided.
第3条（利用料金および支払方法） / Article 3 (Fees & Payment Methods)
- ユーザーは、本サービスの有料コンテンツ（プレミアムレポート等）を利用する場合、当サービスが別途ウェブサイト上に定める利用料金を、当サービスが指定する支払方法（クレジットカード決済等）により支払うものとします。When utilizing paid content (Premium Reports, etc.), the User shall pay the fees specified separately on the website via designated payment channels (Credit Card, etc.).
- 決済処理は第三者の決済代行業者を通じて行われ、ユーザーのクレジットカード情報は当サービス上には一切保存されません。All payment processes are securely managed via third-party payment gateways. The User's credit card credentials are never captured or stored on our servers.
第4条（引渡時期、返品・返金およびチャージバックについて） / Article 4 (Delivery, Refunds, & Chargeback Framework)
- コンテンツの引渡し： 本サービスはデジタルコンテンツの性質上、クレジットカード決済完了後、即時にユーザーのアカウント（マイページ）に提供（閲覧権限の付与）されます。Service Delivery: Due to the electronic nature of digital goods, full reading permissions are automatically mapped and provisioned to the User's dashboard immediately following credit card authorization.
- 返品・返金ポリシー（No Refund Policy）： 商品の性質上、決済完了後のユーザー都合によるキャンセル、返品、および返金にはいかなる理由であっても一切応じられません。ユーザーは、提供されるコンテンツがエンターテインメント目的であることを理解し、本ポリシーに同意した上で購入するものとします。Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital products, all sales are absolute and final. No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Users explicitly agree to this policy with full understanding that the content is for entertainment purposes.
- 支払い異議申し立て（チャージバック）の禁止： ユーザーは、当サービスのコンテンツに対して、結果への不満等を理由としたクレジットカード会社への支払い異議申し立て（チャージバック）を行わないものとします。万が一、不当なチャージバック申請が行われた場合、当サービスは本規約に対する同意の証跡およびシステムの提供記録をクレジットカード会社に提出し、異議を申し立てる権利を有します。Prohibition of Chargebacks: Users shall not initiate a credit card chargeback or transaction dispute based on dissatisfaction with the analysis results. In the event of an unjustified chargeback attempt, the Service Provider reserves the right to present these Terms and system access logs to the credit card issuer to vigorously contest the dispute.
- システムの不具合： 万が一、システムの不具合等により決済完了後にコンテンツが閲覧できない場合は、速やかに当サービスのお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。アクセス権の復旧をもって対応とし、現金による返金は行いません。System Disruptions: If structural code glitches prevent asset retrieval after payment, users should immediately notify support. We will remediate by restoring system access; cash liquidations will not be performed.
第5条（禁止事項） / Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
ユーザーは，本サービスの利用にあたり，以下の行為をしてはなりません。
The User shall not engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為 / Actions that violate laws or public order.
- 当サービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為 / Actions that disrupt or interfere with operations.
- 他人のクレジットカードを不正に利用して本サービスを購入する行為 / Unauthorized use of fraudulent credit cards.
- 本サービスの内容を無断で転載、複写、蓄積または転送する行為 / Unauthorized replication, extraction, or transfer of content matrices.
- 不正アクセスをし，またはこれを試みる行為 / Attempting or initiating unauthorized server access operations.
- 他のユーザーに成りすます行為 / Identity theft or impersonating other users.
第6条（免責事項） / Article 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability)
- 当サービスの結果に基づいてユーザーが下した判断や行動により生じた損害、および第三者との間で生じたトラブルについて、当サービスは一切の責任を負いません。The Service Provider assumes no liability for any actions, judgments, or damages incurred by the User based on the results, or any disputes arising with third parties.
- 当サービスは、システムの保守、不可抗力、またはその他の理由により、予告なく本サービスの提供を一時的に中断することがあり、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について責任を負いません。The Service Provider is not liable for service suspensions caused by server maintenance, force majeure, or general technical issues occurring without prior notification.
第7条（サービス内容の変更等） / Article 7 (Modifications to Service)
当サービスは，ユーザーに通知することなく，本サービスの内容を変更しまたは本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとし，これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate components of the Service without prior user consent and holds zero liability for outcomes arising from such actions.
第8条（準拠法・裁判管轄） / Article 8 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
本規約の解釈にあたっては，日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には，当サービス運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service Provider.
